Recruitment Officer – Profitable Tradie

Full‑time | Location Flexible | Fully Remote | $80 – 100K

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and draft or update job descriptions.
• Write compelling job ads aligned with our brand.
• Post and maintain listings across platforms such as Teamtailor, Seek, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Review applications, conduct structured phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all parties are prepared and informed.
• Manage candidate pipelines, records, and templates in our ATS (Teamtailor).
• Communicate with applicants throughout the process to deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Track key metrics such as time‑to‑fill and applicant volume, and share insights with the Recruitment Manager.
