We’re looking for a proactive Project Administrator to support engineers and project managers on diverse infrastructure and industrial projects across New Zealand. You’ll be the central point keeping projects running on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Location : Auckland
Key Responsibilities :
- Track project progress, schedules, and deadlines
- Assist with invoicing, timesheets, and reporting
- Prepare tender documents, meeting notes, and client correspondence
- Coordinate Health & Safety documentation and project closeouts
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure smooth communication
About You
4+ years’ experience in project or office administration (technical / engineering experience preferred)Excellent multitasking, organisational, and communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills (experience with project management tools is a plus)Proactive, positive attitude and a sense of humourWhy Apply?
