About the Role

As a Business Analyst within a cross-functional data services team, you'll drive business insight through accurate data translation, supporting the delivery of strategic data products and solutions that enable smarter decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for data solutions.

Translate business needs into clear, testable technical specifications for developers and data engineers.

Key Skills and Experience

4 years' experience as a Business Analyst in data-centric environments.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Proven ability to write high-quality business and technical documentation.

Familiarity with data contracts, governance, and metadata standards.

Experience working in hybrid agile teams, ideally within enterprise environments.

Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a complex project landscape.

Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
