About the Role

Babcock is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Developer to join our team in New Zealand. Based at the Devonport Naval Base and reporting into our IXI and Application Services Team Leader, this full‑time role offers the opportunity to transform data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions across our business.

As a BI Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and deploying solutions that turn complex information into clear, actionable knowledge. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics that support critical operations. Alongside developing new tools and solutions, you’ll also maintain and improve existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our platforms remain robust and effective.

This is a role where your technical expertise meets impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, contributing to projects that support Babcock’s mission while continuing to grow your skills in a dynamic environment.
