Job description5+ years experience in stormwater engineering (land development or infrastructure) Strong technical design background (Civil 3D / 12d ideal) CPEng or actively working toward it Clear communication and mentoring skills Lead and grow the stormwater team across major multi-sector projects Provide technical leadership, guidance, and innovation Manage key client relationships and support business development Help shape the stormwater strategy of a high-performing consultancy Enjoy executive-level perks including flexible working, car allowance, life / health insurance, and more 10+ years experience in stormwater management and project delivery Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project environments CPEng (or equivalent), with a collaborative and strategic mindset A desire to lead with purpose, grow teams, and influence outcomes A degree in civil or environmental engineering 10+ years of experience in stormwater management and land development Extensive experience leading teams and managing projects CPEng certification preferred Strong leadership and business development skills
