Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell company properties to both local and foreign buyers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, property managers, and key stakeholders.Negotiate terms of sales and contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.The primary objective will be to present offerings to foreign buyers with the best foot forward for New Zealand.Advise international buyers on property opportunities, investment benefits, and purchase processes in New Zealand.Provide guidance on property management, tenancy requirements, and related services.Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through personalised service and clear communication.Market Development & StrategyResearch market trends, competitor offerings, and buyer demographics to identify opportunities.
Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to expand into international markets.Represent the company at property expos, trade shows, and investor meetings.Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with development projects.Reporting to the Employer and providing advice on foreign buyer requirements, expectations and how best to present the Employer’s offerings in a way which will be most favourable to prospective buyers.Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.Cooperate in a timely and synergistic manner with both New Zealand team and off-shore teams.Ensure compliance with property, sales, and consumer protection regulations in New Zealand.________________________________________
Qualifications & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Property, Marketing, or a related field.OR if no tertiary qualification, a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in sales or advisory roles related to real estate, property management, or property investment.Proven experience in sales management or buyer advisory, preferably in the property sector.Strong understanding of real estate transactions, property regulations, and investment processes.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both local and international clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Multilingual ability (Mandarin, Cantonese, or other foreign languages) would be an advantage but not essential.________________________________________
