Overview

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Develop compelling solutions that keep customers engaged with our products and services
• Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Negotiate new terms to strengthen partnerships
• Cultivate and manage existing relationships to foster loyalty
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Sales, Credit and Technical teams
• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective account management
• Provide commercially viable offerings that retain and engage customers
