Join Q+A as our Visual Producer
Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, you'll craft accurate and creative video edit sequences that bring the show to life. This role combines technical expertise with creative flair, providing essential edit support and ensuring every segment meets the highest production standards.

We're looking for a talented Visual Producer to create visually compelling and high-quality content that aligns with production briefs and engages audiences. You'll be responsible for delivering well‑structured edits for Q+A, ensuring all segments are completed on time and to the highest standard. This role requires a creative eye and technical expertise to bring concepts to life while maintaining consistency with editorial and production requirements.
In addition to editing, you'll provide advice on the best technology solutions to achieve the desired outcomes and operate industry‑standard systems such as Avid Media Composer. Your duties will include editing promos, designing and importing graphics, titles, keys, colour grading, transitions, and other visual elements. This is a fixed‑term contract starting in February 2026 through to December 2026. In this part‑time role – 20 hours per week – you will need to have flexibility over Thursday, Friday and Sundays. You could be based in Auckland or Wellington.
