We're committed to helping our communities and customers become financially secure, and as a community Banking Specialist, you'll be the face of Westpac in your local area, driving our purpose forward, quite literally, in our community van.
This mobile role allows you to connect with customers where they are, delivering tailored financial solutions and building trusted relationships that contribute to the wellbeing and financial growth of your community.
You'll thrive on engaging with diverse groups, supporting local businesses, and championing financial literacy.
Whether you're attending community events, mentoring peers, or collaborating with the Regional Board, you'll be a visible and impactful leader in your region.

Proven ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and deliver exceptional service
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with sound judgement in dynamic settings
Confident using digital banking tools and technologies to support customer needs
Full New Zealand Driver's Licence and willingness to work in a mobile, community-based role
Problem-solving mindset with strong time management and organisational skills
Adaptable, compliance-focused, and customer-centric with a passion for community engagement
