We have an exciting opportunity available for a highly organised administrator, to provide administrative services to the Division of Commerce. In this pivotal role you will provide essential support to undergraduate and postgraduate academic teaching staff as Administrator in the Department of Management.

Divisional Services and Administration is a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for delivering outstanding student and staff experiences through high quality, confidential secretarial and administrative support services. We are a strong supportive whakawhanaungatanga, (community), proud of the work we do as the largest workforce in the university, spanning every corner of the motu.
This is a permanent full‑time (37.5 hours per week) position, located in Ōtepoti, Dunedin.
The appointment range for this role is $63,508 to $68,185. Top of Range $73,640.

The Administrator function includes Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions, which support the implementation of our Māori Strategic Framework and the University’s commitment to the success of Māori students and staff. The salary range for Kaiwhakahaere Tari roles are $69,931 to $80,285.
