Key Responsibilities

• Dental Assisting : Assist our Orthodontist and Orthodontic Auxiliary in the clinic and with new patient appointments. Sterilisation and cleaning duties, type accurate notes during appointments.
• Patient Communication : Greet patients, communicate and answer patient questions with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
• Team Player and Flexibility : Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to a positive team culture, and actively participate in the growth and success of the practice.
• Attention to Detail : Organise yourself and systems; set your own tasks, follow through diligently on communication with patients, and try to problem‑solve issues before elevating them to our Principal Orthodontist. If you love improving and following systems, you’ll love this role!

Work Schedule

At Botany Orthodontists, we value work‑life balance. We do not work on the weekends and public holidays. We are hiring someone for 4 days a week. Depending on the applicant, there is an opportunity to take on more days as our practice grows—currently we are looking at initially 30 hours per week .
