(Senior) Manager / Assistant Director, Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G)

The Head of Operations of the Dept of Obstetrics and Gynaecology will report to the Head of Operations of the National University Centre for Women and Children (NUWoC). You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Dept of O&G both in the Specialist Outpatient Clinic setting as well as in the inpatient setting, including the Delivery Suite. Additionally, you will be responsible for workplanning, capacity planning and budgeting.

Job Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for the following :

• SOC. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the following SOCs (particularly with respect to patient experience, risk management, patient volumes, bills collection in clinic) :

Fetal Care Centre

Ward 22 (Delivery Suite)

Additionally you will coordinate the booking, prioritisation and re-allocation of the operating theatre resources availed to the department of O&G.
