Job descriptionA natural collaborator and relationship builder who thrives on solving problems with grit and creativity. You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You will bring : Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Business or CFA (Master’s degree advantageous). 8+ years’ experience developing business cases and delivering insights, ideally in a large, complex organisation. Proven strength in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and advanced Excel. Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify complexity and influence at executive level. Proficiency in data modelling and visualisation tools such as Power BI. Power BI skills to deliver dynamic reporting and actionable insights would be highly regarded. Familiarity with month-end analysis and management reporting is advantageous, as is experience leading budgets and multi-year forecasts, would further support success in the role. Strategic advisor to site managers to guide and influence both financial and operational goals. Hybrid work environment where you can have a work-life balance. In this newly created position, you will connect strategic thinking with sharp commercial insight to drive partnering, planning and investment outcomes. This involves pairing strong teamwork and robust technical skills to bring data-driven insights into both strategic and operational conversations.

- Deliver insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Lead the financial modelling and commercial analysis of business cases, ensuring robust investment decisions across our aged care and retirement living portfolios.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
