Our client, a dynamic and highly regarded venue known for exceptional hospitality, high service standards, and a vibrant atmosphere are on the look out for their next Bar Manager. They are committed to creating memorable experiences for their guests and cultivating a workplace where people feel proud to work. They are seeking an experienced, energetic, and forward‑thinking Bar Manager who can lead our bar to new levels of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar’s daily operations with confidence and clarity.
• Manage a team of 12 bar staff
• Ensure all open / close procedures, service standards, and presentation expectations are met flawlessly.
• Build a high performing team through coaching, mentoring and leading by example
• Maintain exceptional product quality and consistency across all drinks.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and accurate stock rotation to reduce waste and protect margins.
• Continuously improve systems, workflow, and service speed.
• Collaborate on menu development, seasonal offerings, and promotions that drive revenue.
• Hours 40+ per week; roster flexible over 7 days, mostly nights; must be available for weekends; as the business requires etc
