About The Role

Our Land Development team in Tauranga continues to grow, and we’re on the lookout for experienced Senior Civil Design Engineers or Technicians who are keen to make an impact. If you're looking to play a key role inmajor projects andbring your 12D design skills to the table, we'd love to hear from you.

We have an exciting forward workload including large-scale greenfield and brownfield residential developments, infrastructure, commercial and industrial developments that shape the future of our local communities.Key responsibilities include :

• Detailed civil design using 12d Modelfor complex land developmentprojects from initial concept design through to construction completion.
• Contribute to project planning, problem solving, and client updates.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports to support consent applications and construction.
• Guide and coach junior team members in an environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Play a key role in shaping better urban development for a diverse range of public and private clients across Aotearoa.
