Full time

At All About Children, we believe that belonging is the basis for all future learning and development.

We are seeking a professional and proficient administrator to complement our management team. The role will require the candidate to provide high-level support to the Management team, Centre Managers, and Area Managers through daily communication (face to face & over the phone) with enrolled families, as well as responding to external queries via telephone, email, and social media.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of our childcare management system – data entry, data audits, parent invoicing, and payment receipts
  • Collating and analysing expense, revenue, and operational reports
  • Supporting management with ad hoc projects and administrative requests
  • Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
  • Liaising with centre managers and external suppliers when needed
  • Daily and weekly reports and data collation as required by the Management team / Area Manager / Centre Manager
  • Supplying information to our management team in line with daily and weekly reporting requirements
  • Any other general admin-based tasks as required and requested

Skills and Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook in particularli>
  • Knowledge of Infocare / APT / Discover / WINZ funding entitlements is an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility, and a willingness to step in and support others as required
  • A passion for working with children
  • High degree of customer focus, with the ability to build strong relationships both with your team and our families
  • The ability to pick up new systems and processes
