Job descriptionProcess transactions (cash, EFTPOS, bookings) accurately Maintain records of sales and customer interactions Keep reception clean, organized, and stocked Manage Envibe and retail stock control Build product knowledge to promote programmes and memberships Help customers find what they need Assist with promotional activities Monitor patron behaviour and flag safety concerns Follow emergency procedures Work with swim teachers, lifeguards, and supervisors Attend staff meetings and training Strong customer service and communication Office admin experience Problem-solving and adaptability Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic Empathetic and patient Professional with a sense of humour Self-motivated team player

- Answer phones, emails, and walk-in questions efficiently

Hours of Work
This role is scheduled Monday to Friday, 11.15 am to 7.45 pm. Hours may be adjusted in the future to meet operational needs.
