You are an organised and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of managing creative teams and projects. You have a deep understanding of the B2B content creation process, from initial brainstorming to final delivery. You're a master communicator who can bridge the gap between clients, designers, and copywriters, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, keeping projects on track and within scope.
• Develop and implement project management systems and processes.
• Assign projects to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
• Provide feedback and guidance to content creators, helping them elevate their work.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to understand client needs and translate them into clear project briefs.
• Manage client expectations and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve studio efficiency.
• Track project performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
