This is a unique opportunity for an experienced application developer to provide short-term mentorship to a company specializing in industrial automation solutions. The role is fully remote and focuses on guiding a skilled engineering team in the app and web domain, supporting their efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and automate manufacturing processes. You will play a key part in sharing best practices, offering technical advice, and helping the team overcome challenges related to PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and electrical panel integration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in application and web development, ideally with exposure to industrial automation or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD systems integration with web and mobile applications
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to engineering teams
• Experience mentoring or training others in a technical capacity
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, .NET, React, Angular)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and remote collaboration tools
• Availability for a short-term, remote engagement (up to one week)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
