Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Scientist I / Scientist II to join our Chemical Biology team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting‑edge projects at the intersection of chemistry, biology and drug discovery. The successful candidate will develop chemical biology approaches to uncover disease molecular mechanisms, identify new therapeutic targets, and create innovative therapeutic modalities. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will drive projects toward important milestones, conduct independent research, and collaborate across disciplines to advance novel therapeutic strategies.

Job Description

• Lead and manage research projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and high‑quality outcomes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with medicinal chemists, biochemists, molecular biologists, structural biologists and computational scientists, to drive ongoing research and development projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Develop chemical biology approaches aimed at confirming target engagement of small molecules with proteins of interest both in vitro and in cellular systems.
• Experience in the design and synthesis of chemical probes is a plus.
• Stay up to date with advancements in chemical biology and drug discovery.
• Oversee the upkeep of lab equipment and ensure adherence to good housekeeping practices in the lab.
• Maintain detailed, accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
