Job descriptionManage grant and programme budgets to ensure proper utilisation in accordance with funding guidelines and terms. Coordinate claims processing and track submission of progress reports. Liaise with partners and Finance to ensure accurate and timely claims, audits, and documentation. Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of health literacy initiatives for residents in the West. Work with community partners and internal stakeholders to drive adoption of the health literacy framework. Strengthen community engagement through coordinated programmes and targeted outreach. Degree in any discipline, preferably with experience in healthcare, public health, community development, policy, or programme management. Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Good organisational abilities with an eye for detail and process improvement. Able to work independently and in a collaborative, multi‑stakeholder environment. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Strategic Planning & Operations Support
- Track and report divisional workplans, Balanced Scorecard metrics, budget utilisation, and manpower planning.
- Prepare strategic updates, reports, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Provide secretariat support for workgroups, committees, and management meetings.
- Assist in strategic projects that may involve cross‑department or cross‑agency collaboration.
