Responsibilities

This role sits in the Business Services division, a team led by three hands on and approachable partners. You’ll work with a mix of SME and larger clients, supporting them with compliance and business advisory services.

Day to day, you’ll be preparing financial statements, tax returns, and working directly with clients to help them make informed decisions. You’ll also be contributing to the team culture and collaborating closely with seniors and partners across the business.

Qualifications

The key things here are :

Solid experience in a CA firm (NZ or Aus)

Working towards CA ANZ (or already qualified)

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

A genuine team player who contributes positively to culture

Who we’re looking for

Ideally, you’ve got 3+ years of experience in a New Zealand or Australian CA environment and you’re either working towards your CA qualification or already a member (or equivalent). You’re confident communicating with clients, comfortable working independently when needed, and you value being part of a supportive and high performing team.
