UX Designer - 10 Month Contract

We’re looking for an experienced UX / CX designer to join us for a 10-month parental leave cover starting in January. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, the role combines UX expertise with customer experience capability to drive product innovation across our two brands Airport Rentals & Motorhome Republic.

Key responsibilities include :

• Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organisation. Be the voice of the customer, ensuring their feedback informs product and design decisions across all teams.
• Support delivery of initiatives with UX design from discovery to delivery, working closely with in-house developers to implement designs.
• Produce high-quality designs aligned with usability, accessibility standards, ensuring all designs consistently meet brand guidelines.
• Apply appropriate UX research methods at each stage of the design process.
• Develop storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and interactive prototypes to test and validate new features.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience, sharing actionable insights with product teams and stakeholders.
