The Role

As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will join a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come via NDIS, Medicare, or private clients. This is a mobile role, with options to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients. Responsibilities include :

• Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilities
• Working within the NDIS to maximize clients' function, capacity, and social engagement
• Assisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields)
• Timely documentation and report writing
• Managing a varied caseload
• Meeting professional expectations, including billables and client management
• Building relationships with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
• Using leading software platforms and online tools
