Job Description :

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Fabricate and assemble metal components for renovation works, including frames,brackets, railings, balustrades, doors, and structural fittings.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, fabrication plans, and technicalspecifications.
• Shaping and bending metal sections and pipes using hand and machine tools, and by heating and hammering
• Conduct on-site installation of fabricated materials in accordance with buildingstandards.
• Inspect, measure, and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Joining metal sections using various welding techniques, bolting and riveting
• Examining welds for width of bead, penetration and precision
• Finishing products by cleaning, polishing, filing and bathing in acidic solutions
• Cleaning and smoothing welds by filing, chiselling and grinding
• Work collaboratively with builders, installers, and project managers to deliver high- quality renovation outcomes.
