Full Time position : 70-80 hours / fortnight

We’re looking for THE EXCEPTION —a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor who will work alongside our Restaurant Manager, Raewyn, Assistant Manager, Mel, and Supervisor, Sarah, to guide and support our team. Together, we’ll deliver unforgettable experiences to over 250,000 customers annually —and love every moment of it.

Lead by example and work arm‑in‑arm with our Food & Beverage team so they can perform at their BEST and most productive level.

Own the flow : Keep our F&B processes on track, ensuring smooth operations while driving continuous improvement.

Maintain excellence : Keep your assigned station organised and well‑maintained, setting the standard for a cohesive, high‑performing team.

Coordinate with precision : Manage daily logistics to support timely menu delivery and uphold our service standards.

Create WOW moments : Elevate the customer experience by leading yourself and inspiring recognition for exceptional service.
