You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with both new and existing customers. You will be a confident communicator via phone and email and you will feel equally confident with contacting current and prospective customers to provide exceptional sales and service for their every food and beverage packaging need.
To be successful in this role, we are seeking an exceptionally personable internal sales professional, your “can-do” approach will drive your tenacity to win customers!
Initially a 6‑month contract this role has the potential to develop into a full‑time position.
Core Responsibilities
Key to your Success
You will have a minimum of three years successful experience in telesales / internal sales and be confident and energetic on the phone with great communication and relationship building skills.
You will work accurately and efficiently as a member of a small friendly team. You will be computer savvy with MS Office and will have experience with modern CRM’s and ERP platforms.
Multi‑tasking, maintaining high‑levels of output, and excelling with external and internal communications will come naturally to you. You will be a sales professional who loves what you do and are a humble, genuine team player striving for team success.
