About the role

Enjoy an active role in our Aquatic Centre where you will play an important part in the day to day running of our recently extended and modern facility.

This is a full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) working a set roster.

The ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.

Maintain a safe environment for all our customers.

Delivering exceptional customer service to our facility users.

Pro-actively supervise the pool environment to prevent incidents, accidents, emergencies, and hazards.

The hours of work are as follows :

Week One

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 1.30pm - 9.30pm

Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm

Saturday and Sunday - 8.30am - 4.30pm

Week Two

Monday - 5.30am - 1.30pm

Tuesday, Thursday 7.00am - 3.00pm

Friday 5.30am - 1.30pm

About you :

Our ideal candidate will have genuine interest in aquatics or sport and recreation.

We will provide fully paid Lifeguard training where you will gain a nationally recognised qualification, a high level of motivation and be keen to learn.

You will also have :

Experience in a customer facing role.

Have a passion for community safety and wellness.

You are comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.

You must be proactive, motivated, and keen to learn.

Confident swimming ability and be able to pass a swim test.
