This is a full-time, fixed term position, suitable for both beginning and experienced teachers.

The successful candidate will :

Be an enthusiastic, reflective classroom practitioner who can design and deliver engaging, cross-curricular learning experiences for Y7–8 learners.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the social, emotional, and academic needs of intermediate-aged boys.

Promote learning that is innovative, inclusive, and culturally responsive.

Foster strong relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and whanau.

Experience in delivery of Structured Literacy is preferred.

Have experience with or a willingness to learn standards-based assessment practices.

Be adaptable, flexible, and committed to continuous professional growth.

Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
