We have four clinics located in the Bay of Plenty, situated in Greerton, Bethlehem, Papamoa & South City. We have a multi-disciplinary team working with us across our various clinics.

Our patients can see our care team online through the Tend app, or in person at a Tend medical centre.

As a Nurse Practitioner at Tend, you’ll be someone who cares about making a difference. You will :

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care using a holistic and person / whānau centred approach.
• Promote health and assess, diagnose and form management plans for diverse patient groups both in-person and online.
• Ensure continuity of care by developing timely plans for referral and follow-up, where appropriate.
• Provide culturally safe care with patients and whānau.
