Key Responsibilities

• Support the site team with a variety of civil construction tasks, including site preparation, earthworks, and basic concrete or asphalt labouring.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around active sites.
• Operate hand tools, small plant, or machinery as required and once adequately trained.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised workplaces by following all site safety requirements and reporting hazards immediately.
• Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Undertake general duties as directed by the Site Supervisor or Foreperson to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and safely.
