Job Description

Are you an experienced AML professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and client-focused organisation? We’re seeking a detail-orientated and proactive AML Compliance Analyst to join our corporate compliance team, supporting our Auckland real estate brokerage and management businesses.

This part-time role (15 - 20 hours a week) is based in our Auckland CBD office, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a passionate team committed to excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

As our AML Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring ongoing compliance with AML / CFT laws and other relevant regulations. Your responsibilities will include :

• Utilising the workflow management platform to conduct CDD processes.
• Reviewing and assessing compliance and onboarding checks.
• Following up with or qualifying with clients any missing or adverse information.
• Monitoring transactions and managing CDD / ECDD processes.
• Assessing Source of Wealth / Source of Funds documentation for adequacy under the AML / CFT Act.
• Responding to AML-related queries from brokers and clients.
• Conducting quality assurance testing and maintaining AML / CFT records and registers.
