About the role

Working alongside Partner's Josh Williams, David Goodman and Ben Johnston, you'll gain exposure to our full range of corporate and commercial work. This will include M&A and banking and finance transactions, capital raisings, corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, corporate advisory, company law and commercial contracting.

You will work directly with a diverse client base, and you will find plenty of variety and challenge in your day to day. You will build close relationships and work with the firm's wider Corporate Commercial Teams, providing you the ideal environment to grow and advance your career.

What you will bring

To be successful you will have at least 5 years' post-qualification experience working in corporate / commercial or finance law.

You’ll be ambitious! Our legal community is strong and supportive, and you will make the most of the opportunities for complex, high-quality work and genuine professional development.

You will be confident working independently and engaging directly with clients. Exceptional levels of self-awareness and interpersonal skills are a must, as we are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills and enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
