The Commercial Lead role supports Watercare's commercial strategy by ensuring robust contract management, compliance, and best practices across Programme Delivery. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, supporting team capability, and delivering optimal outcomes for Watercare's customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include :

• Champion commercial governance and process management, ensuring consistency and compliance across all projects.
• Developing and delivering commercial training for project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Leading risk management initiatives, identifying and mitigating commercial risks in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting procurement and tendering processes, ensuring documentation meets high standards and aligns with Watercare's strategic objectives.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting, supporting transparency and auditability.

To be successful in this role you will have at least 7 year's experience in commercial or contract management, preferably in a client organisation or within a supply chain function.
