We currently have an opportunity for a Zero Harm Business Partner (WHS Advisor) . Join our Zero Harm team and play a key role in providing expert Health & Safety technical advice, management system guidance and practical support to leaders and staff across the business unit. Reporting to the Zero Harm Manager, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert on all Zero Harm related matters, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees.
• Facilitate the development of a Zero Harm leadership culture within the business unit, focused on manager‑led delivery of positive Zero Harm outcomes.
• Support delivery and implementation of the Zero Harm Strategy and ensure performance objectives / outcomes are achieved within agreed timeframes.
• Work closely with Line of Business leaders, contract managers and employees to ensure understanding and adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate professional and timely investigation of incidents within business areas or lead complex investigations utilizing ICAM or equivalent methodology.
