With 60 years in the industry, Plumbing World is proud to deliver great service and guidance to creating beautiful and functional spaces.Our people matter to us, and Plumbing World is devoted to supporting and encouraging our employees to prosper in a diverse and inclusive workforce and we want you to be a part of our kiwi success.The role : We want you | e hiahia ana matou ki a koeOur Hamilton branch is now looking for a Branch Sales Coordinator is to provide our building and plumbing customers with exceptional service, and represent Plumbing World with strong customer service and communication skills.This is a fast paced, busy role, and we have a lot going on at once, so we are looking for someone who has worked in this sort of role before, you will know all about forward planning and have the foresight to see where a project currently is and what is going to be required next.At Plumbing World, we work in partnership with our customers & the team, so you will have the ability and enjoy helping out where ever needed, this could involve serving customers on the trade counter, answering phones, or even doing the odd delivery.Plumbing World is committed to our customer service promise, and we are focused on exceeding customers' expectations, so it's all hands-on deck at the trade counter before 9am no matter your role in the branch, this is to ensure customers are looked after straight away and they get what they need to start their day.This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with a rostered Saturday.What You Will Be DoingReceiving and processing orders to ensure we not only meet but exceed our customers' expectationsQuoting and then following up on those to close the dealWork in partnership with Territory Managers and other departments to achieve customer satisfactionProject managing and tracking these projects through the sales processLiaising with suppliersTo be successful you will have the followingAble to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficientlyProven record in relationship building / managementGood computer and Excel skills essentialExcellent communication verbal & writtenStrong administration skillsThe ability and experience to manage a high workload with multiple prioritiesTime management skills including the ability to plan ahead and adapt to changing prioritiesExperience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needsNZ Full drivers licencePride in personal appearance with great interpersonal skillsInclusion + DiversityResearch shows that some individuals, particularly women and underrepresented groups, are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single criterion.
