Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Supervisor at Sherwood Queenstown plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our acclaimed Two‑Hat restaurant and event spaces. This position is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations during shifts, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies. The role involves supervising and supporting a diverse team, managing resources efficiently, and fostering a collaborative, professional environment that reflects Sherwood’s commitment to quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and adherence to standards.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve issues to maintain a premium experience.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance management to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and assist with monthly inventory to maintain par levels.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, OH&S guidelines, and cashiering procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and security of all areas, including public spaces and storerooms.
