The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Highbrook team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities under MRP.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Co-ordinate the importation of the product connecting with the supplier, international freight forwarder, local freight forwarder, transport company, MPI, depots, etc.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and oversee reverse logistics for non‑complaint materials.
• Coordinate shipping documents to ensure complete and received on time and monitor shipments. Ensure compliance with import / export regulations.
• Maintain purchase orders : prepare the purchasing of direct materials to ensure they meet quality, time and cost requirements in liaison with key suppliers in line with weekly / monthly forecasting plans.
• Support forecasting and reporting through tools like Excel, Power BI.
