About the role :

Join ANZCO Foods, makers of the legendary Angel Bay Burgers, as a Health & Safety Advisor, based on site at their Green Island Facility. You’ll work with managers and staff to support safe work practices, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and help maintain a strong safety culture.

You will play a key part in identifying risks, implementing improvements and promoting continuous learning in all areas of workplace health and safety. This is a great opportunity for someone who is already in an advisory position or where health and safety have been a core part of your current position and you would like it to begin a career in this space.

Role Responsibilities / Duties :

• Support employees and managers to maintain H&S systems and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, audits & incident investigations.
• Ensure ANZCO's health and safety management system (ISO 45001) is maintained.
• Monitor and report on health and safety performance and compliance.
• Ensure site compliance with all relevant legislation, codes of practice and internal policies.
