Role Overview

We'relooking for an HRIS Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month maternity leave cover.

This role is all about making tech simple and helping teams work smarter every day.You'llbe the go-to expert for our HR systems, ensuring they run smoothly and support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and optimise our HRIS (My Place) modules, including Core HR, Remuneration, and Learning.

Provide user support and build HRIS capability across the business.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements.

Deliveraccuratepeople metrics and reporting to support data-driven decisions.

Coordinate engagement surveys and manage our Learning Management System (LMS).

Partner with internal teams and vendors on system upgrades and enhancements.

Identifyopportunities to streamline HR processes through technology

Desired Skills and Experience

WhatWe'reLooking For

Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Data Science or HR.

3+ years' experience with HRIS platforms (Elmo experience preferred).

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
