We’re proud to be partnering with Breen Homes to recruit a New Build Sales Consultant to join their team Central Otago based team. This is a 12-month fixed-term position covering a parental leave and can be based out of Wanaka, Queenstown, Cromwell or Alexandra.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Breen Homes Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing new home sales within the Central Otago / Southern Lakes region and providing exceptional client support throughout the building process. You’ll also be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships from initial enquiry to contract signing and handover, explaining and processing sales documentation and council consent requirements and prepare proposals and pricing.

SKILL SET

  • Proven experience in home sales and / or construction sector is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service experience with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of local council building and consent processes.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking ability.
  • Competent with Windows-based office systems and numeracy / literacy skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ethical, professional behaviour with a commitment to health and safety.
  • REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

  • Valid and clean NZ Drivers License.
  • Must be available to work weekends (2 per month average).
  • Valid work visa, permanent residency or NZ citizenship to be considered.
