The role of a Senior CCC Assessor is to ensure that delivery of building consent processing and inspection services and code compliance certificate applications is achieved in an effective, efficient, and coordinated manner which follows a policy that guarantees that the building work is carried out in accordance with the Building Code.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all Territorial Authority and Building Consent Authority accreditation requirements are met in the delivery of the Code Compliance services, by maintaining ongoing compliance with BCA policies and procedures. You will be an integral part of the day-to-day business operations of the team and key support to the team manager in a challenging and fast moving construction sector. The role will be responsible for assessing and reviewing building consent records (plans, building consent conditions, and inspection records) prior to the final inspection and issue of the Code Compliance Certificate and ensures Auckland Council is satisfied on reasonable grounds that compliance has been achieved with the approved building consent and legislative requirements. You will provide technical advice, support, and guidance to our customers to ensure to assist them through the final stages of their construction projects.

The remuneration range for this role is $102,595 - $108,000 (Based on skills & experience)
Our employer Kiwisaver contribution is additional to base salary offered.
