OPEX Supervisor (Christchurch)

We are seeking a proactive and organised OPEX Supervisor to join our Christchurch Maintenance team. This full-time role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of road maintenance operations, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate road maintenance crews and resources.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with crew, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Support staff training, development, and performance management.
• Adapt to changing site conditions and perform other duties as required.
