About the Role
Responsibilities :
- Engage with clients to tailor training that meets their unique needs.
- Deliver cutting-edge health and safety training, both online and in-person, to a diverse audience.
- Spearhead specialist training programs with a global perspective on health and safety.
- Contribute to our mission through meticulous administrative support and evaluations.
- Collaborate with our team of experts, sharing knowledge and lifting each other up.
- Mentor and guide fellow trainers, spreading your wisdom and expertise.
Qualifications :
A champion of health and safety, with the credentials to back it up (IOSH and NEBOSH).A knack for auditing and improving health and safety management systems.Experience and a talent for engaging and leading health and safety training.Solid grasp of adult education principles and assessment / moderation requirements.Exceptional communication skills, capable of building bridges and fostering relationships.A team player who can also shine independently, adaptable to various project needs.A willingness to travel and connect with clients across New Zealand's breathtaking landscapes.Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, including senior health and safety leaders.Motivational skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.A collaborative work ethic.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.A positive, enthusiastic outlook.Benefits :
