Laboratory Technical Coordinator

We’re helping them find a Laboratory Technical Coordinator — a technically capable and people-focused individual who will play a key role in ensuring calibration, compliance, and data accuracy across lab operations.

If you’re someone who enjoys blending benchwork with technical systems and process oversight, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do :

• Lead the annual calibration and maintenance program for all lab testing equipment.
• Support maintenance of lab hardware, software and LIMs systems.
• Oversee daily calibration checks and maintain compliance with ISO 17025 standards.
• Coach and support technicians and supervisors through pre-season training.
• Review, approve and release customer results, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
• Assist with interlaboratory testing, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
