The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in the Greenhawk team by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This role oversees key financial functions including payroll, management reporting, compliance, and KPI analysis. This Finance Manager also drives process improvements, contributing to the overall success of Greenhawk's operations and performance metrics.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
• Preparing monthly financial reports and presenting key findings to senior management
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Providing strategic financial advice to support the organisation's growth and development
• Manage and support a junior resource in executing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
