Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our Practice in Albany on a fixed-term contract through to June 2026 (with the possibility of extension).

In this dual role, you’ll play an integral part in both the front office and clinical areas – welcoming patients with warmth, assisting clinicians chairside, and helping ensure the smooth, efficient running of our day-to-day operations.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and care.
• Managing appointments, patient records, and payments efficiently.
• Supporting clinicians chairside and maintaining a sterile, organised clinical environment.
• Handling general administrative duties and ensuring the reception area runs seamlessly.
• Contributing to a supportive, team-oriented culture where every patient feels valued.
