About the role

We are now ready and searching for casual Receptionist / Duty Manager at our villages based inEast Auckland and Beachlands. You will provide quality and timely reception support which enables effective service delivery for our residents, staff, and visitors.

We are seeking someone to bring their enthusiasm and people skills to the Village Care Home and to be the first point of contact at our office for staff, customers, contractors and visitors.This role is pivotal to ensure the atmosphere at our Village reflects the service standards we excel at.

About You

You will have had previous experience in a similar role and understand how first impressions certainly count. You are helpful, go above and beyond for to ensure everyone is welcomed and have their questions answered. You have good all-round admin skills and have a can-do attitude and are happy to put your hand up to help when needed. Professional but friendly, you will become the source of knowledge for all things at the village.
