Motor Industry Learning Facilitator

About the Role

We are seeking a Motor Industry Learning Facilitator to join our Trades and Technology team at EIT | Te Pūkenga, based at our Taradale Campus in Napier. This role is all about supporting student success in our Automotive programmes by working alongside teaching staff to enhance the learning experience. You’ll play a key part in preparing learning environments, demonstrating technical skills, and providing practical support to students.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $61,879.00 and $74,126.00 , dependent on skills and experience.

You will report to the Assistant Head of School – Trades and Technology and will be responsible for :

• Supporting students with practical learning and technical skills development.
• Demonstrating the use of equipment, software, and materials.
• Assisting teaching staff to maintain safe and functional teaching facilities.
• Providing feedback on teaching and learning practices.
• Contributing to new ideas and developing learning resources.
