As a Retail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, maintaining store cleanliness, and restocking shelves. We are currently seeking an experienced Team Member to join us on a permanent basis.

This is a role in our Garden, Garden Hardware & and Power Garden Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday : 8.00am – 4.30pm Saturday : 8.00am – 4.00pm - 39.5 hours per week

What you can expect in this role :

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them select the right supplies for their needs.
• Offering expert advice and tips to customers, helping them achieve the best results with their projects.
• Working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the department.
• Engaging in various physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
